Is the cooler liner actually removeable?
Yep. Pull it straight out by the top edge. Rinse, wipe, or send it through the top rack of the dishwasher.

Will it actually fit in any golf cart?
It's engineered for the rear basket of a standard golf cart (the kind you rent at 95% of courses). If you have a custom cart with a non-standard rear basket, message us and we'll send the exact dimensions.
Is it good as a gift if they already have a cooler?
That's the whole point. They don't have THIS. Nobody in his foursome has THIS (unless they're an OG Shanker, of course).
