Shank It Golf Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

  1. Eligibility

The Shank It Golf Cart Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Shank It Golf and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is strictly VOID in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. Residents of these states are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Jan 1 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on March 6 2026.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

  • Online Purchase: For every $5.00 spent on eligible products at shankitgolf.com, the entrant will receive one (1) entry. Shipping and taxes are generally excluded from entry calculations.

  • Free Mail-in Method (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete address, phone number, and email address on a 3x5 card and write a brief essay on "Why I think I should win the Shank It Golf Cart." Mail the card in a business-size envelope to:

    Each mail-in request counts as [Number of Entries, e.g., 1 or 5] entry(ies). Limit one request per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 15 2026 and received by March 15 2026.

4. Prize

The prize is one (1) Golf Cart (approximate retail value: $15k). The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, registration, and licensing fees associated with the prize.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

A random drawing will be conducted on or about March 15 2026 from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Shank It Golf and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.
